The best way I have found to do this is to purchase CompanionLink (www.companionlink.com). I think it cost $30.00. Basically it will synch your Lotus Notes to your iPhone in one step. I think it might use Outlook as the intermediary (at least it used to. Not sure if it still does). I have used it for some time, and the latest version works better than any of the previous versions (which were cloogy). It synchs both your contacts and calendar.

There is a App on I-tunes called NotesPro. It doesn't actual sync you Calender or email. But it does give you access to your Calendar, Email, and Contacts. I have been using it. It works well for me, because I do not have to use a VPN to access my Network.

I don't think you need Outlook as the intermediary any more. Go to the web site an check it out...

I tried Companion Link and even bought it for the measley 30 bucks. But still no prevail. It keeps saying that it can not connect to my google account because I do not have an active internet connection. But I have a gmail account as well as an active internet connection. So what's the deal? I am so lost and I have a headache trying to figure out how to get Lotus Notes Calendar to my iPhone. LOL

Why would you be trying to connect to Google? What does Google have to do with your Lotus Notes? You are supposed to synch directly from LN to the iPhone.

Please explain to me how. When I installed Companion Link it asked me for my gmail account so I put it in and then followed the rest of the prompts. Just give me a step by step. Thanks.

OK. I hope you got the right version of CL. When I go into setup I select the PDA name of "Apple iPhone (via Outlook)". I then check "next" and select the "PIM Name" of "Lotus Notes 4.6.7 - 8.0". You then have to configure LN to your setup. Do you have those options?

Also, based on this it looks like you have to have Outlook installed...

My company does not use Outlook. So would I have to configue outlook? We also do not have a web based lotus notes. Would that make a difference?

I think you are going to need Outlook installed. This does NOT require web based Lotus Notes. My company doesn't use Outlook either (obviously because we use LN), but Outlook automatically get's installed when you install Microsoft Office so although you don't use it, it may still be installed.
