nevermind i found it and its windows only i didn't know if they had one for mac or not. but what i do if iTunes cant find the artwork i go http://albumart.org/ and type the band name or album name in and it finds the cover/artwork and i save the image to my mac, then i select the album and right click on all of the songs that are selected and add that artwork for that album and it works perfect for me i don't mind spending time doing it... but i hope this helps.

I don't know about this program you speak of, but here's my list of must-have apps:

AppDelete
Simple: Drag the icon of the application you want to delete into AppDelete, and it gets rid of any and all files associated with the application.
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/system_disk_utilities/appdelete.html

Signal
Great WebApp for iPhone/Mac that allows you to control your iTunes from the iPhone. Punch a hole in your firewall and control it from anywhere!

LockDesktop
A simple app that keeps all applications running and windows open, but returns to the login screen.

Candy Bar
Application that allows you to change the icons of anything on your Mac. (This could help those of you not buying Leopard make Tiger look like Leopard.)

Quicksilver
Launcher on steroids.
