Right, I have a macbook pro 2012. I am thinking about upgrading the ram from the bog 4GB upto 16GB
to anyone who has upgraded ram
Do you feel the difference, is it worth spending the money on, because its expansive, about £75 on?

Also thinking about later on in the year buying an SSD drive, i am asking the same questions about the SSD ?

    Cheers.

Are you sure it's a late-2012, not a mid-2012? The mid-2012 models have a base memory of 4 GB and maximum of 8 GB after upgrade.

The Retina series of the MBPs has RAM that is soldered to the motherboard and thereforee can't be upgraded.
