I have two laptops each with about 2000 photos on each of them. When I sync my iPhone with one it seeks to replace the photos on my phone with the photos and albums from the computer, and then of I sync with the other computer it will replace them again with the photos and albums from that computer. Photos taken with the iPhone are unaffected. Is there any way to merge the two, so that it adds both photo library's to the iPhone rather than replacing one with the other?

I'm going to research this a bit, but in the mean time, what I would do is plug the phone in and copy the photos over directly.
When it sees your device on the computer... Open the folder of photos and copy them to their own folder on the computer, outside of iTunes.

Create the same photo library on both computers. Sorry for the simple answer but I think thats the only way to do it.
