More Kudos for Apple Customer Service

I've gotta give another shout out to Apple for their outstanding Customer Service.

Yesterday, on Christmas Eve, I ran out to see if I could find any irresistible deals. My local radio shack had a Silverlit Red Enzio Ferrari remote control car that runs off bluetooth from iOS devices. Price tag was 59.97. I purchased the same item from the Apple Store app just over a week ago and paid $79.95(free shipping).

Pulled out my trusty phone and called 1-800-MY APPLE. Explained to them I wanted to see about returning this item. She asked if there was a problem with it, and I explained just the price, which I had just found in my local Radio Shack for $20 less. She said she'd be glad to credit me back the $20 and I could keep the one I already had. DONE DEAL!

Merry Christmas, APPLE! Your customer service is second to NONE!

I've always had a nice experience with Apple Support and their techs. Never been to an Apple Store. None in my area. But their phone support has been outstanding.

Sadly, the nearest Apple store for me is 2-3 hours. There should be one everywhere!

I'm in this boat. Which is what made this experience so much sweeter.
