I was able to load the video's, thank you for the help on that! Now, The video quality is very poor. It is a 128 bit MPEG-4 file, converted from a WMV file. After seeing the stunning quality of YouTube video's I had hoped my file would look a bit better. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What did you use to convert your WMV file? You must have settings (in whatever software you used) that allow you to export to a MPEG-4 file of better quality if your original (the wmv file) is "good" to start with.
