I picked up a MacBook this weekend. YEAH! My iPhone has been synced to a PC. I want to move my iPhone to my new Mac. What do I need to do to do this? Is this an easy task to do? If anyone has any tips, suggestions, or pointers please let me know.

Thanks!

Good for you. Welcome to the club. The first thing I did was back up all my songs, pics, contacts, ect to an external HD. Then I transfered them to my MBP. After that, just hook up to iTunes and sycn as usual. Be sure to tell iTunes where to find your pics and contacts. Shouldn't be a hard process.
Edit:If I remember right, I had to reenter my contacts to address book because outlook and address book didn't like to "talk" to each other. They just didn't transfer right. But that was OK with me, because address book has more options for info.

If you've been using MobilMe, on the first sync, you just have to tell the computer to use MM data to replace computer data.

If not, I've read that this utility does a good job.
