Hey. Had MxTube (now V2.1) for quite a while now & a few days ago it started to crash whenever I attempt to stream or download video. iPhone 4 5.1.1.
I also noticed advertising for the new YT App, in Cydia, so I thought maybe that's got something to do with it. Downloaded YT from App Store & signed in & ok. Works fine.I usually have YT restricted in "settings" so I turned that "on" & now have 2 YT icons on screen! MxTube still crashing except to watch previously stored videos.
Anybody else having issues with MxTube?

Yeah, that's happened to me before. I stopped using it and started using Media Burner in place of it. It's available in the App Store.

Huh?

I works fine for me. I've been using it to download videos for over a year now. A couple of updates have temporarily broken downloading capabilities, but they quickly fixed that.

I think it's only 99¢. It's worth it. I don't think any other stock apps can download videos anymore. I assure you that it does work.

Well I've used MediaBurner for a couple of days now and, yes, it will download videos but it seems very hit & miss. I got the free version with annoying ads and wait time as there is no option for a paid version ad free. Until MxTube is "fixed" I'll persevere with MB.
