So, after a two month, torrid love affair with my iPhone, it had a severe stroke and went deaf, so the sound no longer worked. I was assured on the phone that I could swap it at an Apple store.

Even though the wait at the iPhone ER was long, I put my old iPhone out to sea, may it RIP. But the service I received was wonderful. And now, just like the Simpsons can replace Snowball about 17 times and pretend to not, my new iPhone and I are back in the groove.

Hats off to you Apple

I am and have always been a "Windows Person." I have heard about the famous "Apple Customer Service."

Now, I hope to NEVER have to find out for myself with my iPod or iPhone but it does make me feel a little better knowing that if I DO have to use them that they are a good bunch.
