It's 64gb. It's still recognized by iTunes and I pulled my photos off it but I can't restore it cause the screen is annihilated and I can't unlock it or turn off find my iPhone to. Is this thing worth anything and how do I wipe it clean at this point? Should I just light it on fire so nobody gets my iPhone and then throw it off a bridge? Thx.

As long as you have a recent iCloud or iTunes backup, I'd say get rid of it. It's not worth much now...

(And when I say "get rid of it", I mean destroy the thing so your data can't be salvaged.)

You can restore it as long as you can get iTunes to recognize it. You just have to log into iCloud from a computer and remotely delete the iCloud account for that specific iOS device before you can restore in iTunes. You can sell it for scrap or throw it away after that.
