So for those of you that don't know, my mom had gallstones. She had her surgery today an noon and thankfully they were able to do it the easy way. I think she was in and out in about an hour. She will be home sometime this evening.

I am so she will be ok now :) *knock on wood*

I'm so glad everything went well, Josh. I hope her recovery from the surgery is quick and easy.

Oh, and I advise against watching anything too funny on TV for at least a few post-op days. :)

Glad to hear surgery went smoothly, Josh. It's always scary to have a loved one hospitalized, regardless of the reason. She'll probably be feeling much better soon than she's felt in a while. Spoil her, now. :)

Haha she is feeling much much better. She actually went out with some of her friends tonight. (It makes me sad that my 40-year-old mom is out with her friends on a saturday night but I am stuck at home alone :( ) She also tried driving a little bit today and said it wasn't that bad.

Your mom sounds like a strong lady. Glad to hear she's back on her feet and now you can stop worrying! Good times for all...
