I set my husbands phone up yesterday after he got it from his backed up 3gs. Well it put his pictures on there 3 times so it's taking all of his memory off his phone. So this morning I tried to connect it to iTunes and uncheck sync photos and a box pops up asking if I want to delete the photos so I click yes, but it says it's syncing and never takes them off. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there anything else I can try? He had 280 photos on his phone and now he has them on there 3 times. Thanks for any help. I'm confused on what to do because it always takes mine off just by unchecking sync photos.

If all you do is uncheck sync photos iTunes will leave the existing photos on the iPhone. You need to delete the photos on your computer, plug your phone into iTunes, make sure you tell iTunes to sync photos. Than run a sync. iTunes will than take the photos off your phone.

Thank you so much that worked. I wonder why I never have to do that on mine.
