Any new tips/tricks with the update.

They saying 200 features, on Apple's website I see a handful of update changes so where are all the changes?

Half the fun is finding them. You've probably come across a couple already and probably didn't notice.

I like the new vibrate text alerts, and being able to make your own.

You have to add the keyboard. That was there in IOS 5 too... but they are different in IOS 6.

Has anyone used iCloud Tabs? If so how does it work? Is it only for a Mac looking at IOS devices?

You can always use Google maps in your browser (which is what I do).

Google has submitted a new app to Apple from what I've read.
