New to iPhone 5s help me out please

im trying to download this app called ibooks i went to itune from the home menu and selected united states then it asks me billing info then idk what number to put in this section To enter a number,tap the area code first.......what do i do?i live in Dubai additional info

 

and i don't know zip code we don't have one......ofc im not gona pruchase just want this app urgent@@@@@@@@

 

we don't have a zip code ok....and what shud i enter in the numbers

 

and when i use the iTunes program from pc and download the ibooks it askes me for user and pass after i typed those it says the Apple id have not been used in iTunes then i pressed review then this thing comes

 

i don't know any of them....i live in Dubai state is AE, then idk the zip code and number help@@@

nvm ive done those steps now i opened my iPhone 5s and opened icloud its veriyfiyign 4ever and saying verification timeout i alreayd di all those steps

 

It saying verifcation fails , requiest timeout..
