Today, Apple has unleased OS X Yosemite 10.10.3.

OS X 10.10.3 brings the long-talked-about Photos app. I'll let Apple explain:

    Furthermore,

Separately, you are also free to download and install the "OS X Yosemite Recovery Update 1.0," which "improves the reliability of Yosemite Recovery when restoring from a Time Machine bckup."

You may watch Macrumors' video summary of the new features here:

It's funny to term an incremental update as being "unleashed." :D

This incremental update brings a little more than the usual incremental update. I'm excited to play with the new Emoji characters. :D

An iOS update should follow in the next few days, I hope?

The new Emoji apparently only allows for a single skin tone variation of Extraterrestrial Alien. (n)(n)

Great update! I just can't figure out how to add one photo to the new Photo app (without opening the app..)? - let's say I want to save a picture from an mail or from Safari. I can see the "add picture to Photos" option, when right-clicking on the photo, but it won't show up in the Photo app after that?
