I removed them. Do they offer more value to readers than likes?
I think they definitely offer more value than, 'likes' after all someone can help/assist a new or current member with a problem or simply push them in the right direction and not receive a like for it, although that member will more than likely return in future for more assistance. I've helped loads of people in the past and not been liked for it (not that I'm complaining). It's an un-fair rating, IMHO.

Post count can mean so many different things, both positive and negative.

Post count and likes don't mean much, not to me at least. I would completely remove the likes and just leave agree and disagree.

I think join date or post count should remain. If people want to know more about someone then perhaps there total of, likes could be on their profile page?

That's a great idea. I just don't see how likes is helpful, that's coming from someone that got 1,400 out of the off-topic section. I ain't no genius lol
