I just downgraded from the new software back to the old.
The problem is, when I go into Installer I no longer see the customize app.
I keep refreshing but still nothing.
Am I doing something wrong?

How did you go about downloading from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2? I have just bought 3 iPhones to unlock and sell here in Kuwait (actually they will get here in about 6 days). I am not sure what firmware they have on them and I am concerned they may have 1.1.1. Do you have the step by step procedure to add it to the phone (is Ibrickr used)? To answer your question maybe you can remove your installer via iBrickr and reload it. I am no expert by any means but I have unlocked 2 iPhones overseas with sucess and have a little bit of knowledge.

I'm not sure, but I think if your phones come with 1.1.1 already installed you are pretty much stuck with that firmware.
I have the 1.02 firmware saved on my computer, I just wasn't sure how to transfer it to the phone. I know it has been done, I misread your post, I thought you downgraded the firmware but you must have downgraded the iTunes version.
