i cant transfer any kind of file(music, video, photo, games, and books) from the iTunes to my iPhone, but i can transfer from my ipad and ipod touch...
i would see the syncing bar moving as if it's preparing to sync,g, then it just stops, and nothing happens.
when i tried restoring my iPhone, there's a message saying:
"iTunes could not restore your iPhone "Uriel" because a session could not be started with the iPhone."
and i couldnt find what seems to be the problem...
    please help me...

Thread moved to iPhone Jailbreak and thread title edited.

If you have an iPhone 4S or 5, you will lose the ability to jailbreak and it could be months before you'll be able to again. If you don't care about that, proceed with the restore.

Which iPhone do you have? Did you follow the directions in the link I posted? What happens when you try to restore?

I'd rather manually manage my media than restore and lose my jailbreak. A stock iPhone just doesn't suit me well. So if you can't get syncing working, that's one workaround. Just depends on which is more important to you - syncing or the jailbreak. But you might be able to fix it with the steps Apple listed in that link.

Try a hard reset on the phone, rebooting the computer, updating iTunes and using a new USB cable. If it still won't sync, you can download the apps and books on the phone itself rather than syncing them. You can use email or DropBox to get photos on the phone that you would otherwise sync. You might be able to manually manage music and videos:

Restore your iOS. Once your restored it then try to sync your data from iTunes. It will work surely.

You're on thin ice. Stop bumping old threads to give bad advice. If you had read this thread, you'd see that he couldn't restore and we decided restoring is not a good option anyway since he'd lose his jailbreak. Alternate solutions were offered.
