I've been traveling for several months with my MacBookPro, iPad (original), and 3gs iPhone. Now that I am home I am ready to do my updates and get Lion.

I've updated OSX as requested all along, but nothing else. I've got 17 updates to do for my iPad (seem all to be related to i5) apps and want to get Lion as well.

How should I proceed? What first, etc.? Or should I just bring all to my Apple Store and ask for help?

    Thanks for your advice.

Lion, iTunes, and then phone and iPad.

Thanks for your help. I'll give it a try, in the right order, after breakfast.

Lion isn't a must have but you need to upgrade iTunes prior to the iPad and iPhone. But if you are going to do Lion for sure then you might as well do it first.
