I sent my iPhone in to be replaced becasuse of a defect in the bezel (A bubble).


Anyway, its up in the corner (that dark spot, tell me if you can see it!)

Here is the proof!

Please share your storys with Apples replacement policy for you, I would love to hear them!

You sound shocked that Apple would replace it? Apple have a great customer service and if there is a hardware defect that is not fixable they will replace it for you.

IMO Apple has the best CS of any company in the world. At least as good as any. If it is in any way their fault, Apple will make it right.

Yeah, I had a great experience with them. They swapped it out quite a few times for me. I never had it "fixed" only "replaced."
