Pulsing noise

I have an iPhone 6s plus and iphone6 ,iPad air 2 all make a pulsing noise while charging via my 5 port USB charger and for the 6s plus the pulsing noise via my mophie case is this normal to happen ? I tested multiple device all make the same thing ? sorry for asking to many questions in the forum

Do they do this when charged on their own charger(s)?
You say you've tried multiple devices and they all do the same thing... Kind of narrows it down to that multi USB charger I'd think.

Yes when I plug in my Apple wall charger via my surge protector does same noise and even when I charge my iPhone with mophie case via my Mac mini they do charge

Do you hear this sound if you plug your iPhone directly into an outlet with no surge protector and an Apple power adapter and an Apple charging cable?

Without surge protector no sound via wall brick the charging cable does not make noise when plugged in only via surge protector the wall brick make noise but with mophie case with phone inside it makes pulsing noise when plugged into my Mac mini

When you plug the Mac Mini directly into the wall without the surge protector and then plug the phone in the Mophie case into the Mac Mini, do you still hear the noise?
