Ok i use xilisoft iPhone video converter and i use dvd decryptor. i was wondering which audio file do i select out of all of the options it gives me? Here are the options

0x20 - Subtitle - English / Normal Closed Captions
0x21 - Subtitle - Español / Normal Captions
0x22 - Subtitle - Français / Normal Captions
0x23 - Subtitle - Español / Normal Captions
0x80 - Audio - AC3 / 6ch / 48kHz / DRC / English
0x82 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / Français
0x83 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / Español
0x84 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / English
0x85 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / English
0x89 - Audio - DTS / 6ch / 48kHz / DRC / English
0xE0 - Video - MPEG-2 / 720x480 (NTSC) / 4:3

which one do i keep?

Well I assume you want English, so that narrows things down a bit. One of the 2-channel AC3 tracks is probably the director's commentary. So if you choose one of those be sure to check first. Either of the 6-channel tracks should work too, assuming your conversion app can down mix it to 2 channels. Most can, but I like to use a 2-channel track if the end result is gonna have only 2 tracks anyway.

You of course don't need the subtitles, but I'm thinking of trying it out, in case I want to watch something in a place where I can't use headphones or the speaker.

thats your best bet... give it a shot and find out... worst case you can do it again
