I've noticed that in the last 2 or 3 weeks my iPhone 4 just vibrates randomly while in vibrate mode. I am not getting a text/e-mail/notification of any type. Is there any fix to this as its rather annoying.

Is your silent toggle switch loose at all?

It may be phantom rings like your nervous system n brain firing randomly. Try a control experiment, does your phone do the same thing if on a table? Or while charging? If it isn't a loose toggle switch that is ; ) I get phantom rings n so have my friends lol

Are you jailbroken? If you are and you have LockInfo the calendar alerts will do that.

I had a similar issue. I was not in vibrate mode and when a call came in my phone made one long vibrate then started ringing. This happened a couple of times. Wonder if it's related?
