Welcome to the forum.

Are you sending a message text or a video/picture text message?

Thanks for your help
Not a problem. Sorry if I was not a lot of help. Maybe someone else can provide more information if what I found was not enough. I have never heard of this "download info" instead of the text.

1. Are they able to receive texted pictures from other people or just not from you?
2. Are you able to text pictures to any non-iphone phones without this happening?
3. Which carrier do you use?
4. Is your iPhone unlocked?
5. What happens when they select download information?

They say this only happens when sending SMS text messages. iPhone to iPhone there aren't any issues.

Very strange.

I just want to make sure it's consistently happening with all non-iphones he's texting. It's actually a common problem. We have to rule out that it's a problem with one of his contacts.

After contacting tech services at my provider they instructed me to turn off MMS service on the i phone and that seams to have done the trick. Texting the 2 contacts that were a problem seem to be working now. Again thanks to all who took the time trying to help
