I recently plugged my iPhone into my work laptop and me being in a hurry i did not read the popups that iTunes gave me. Now all my personal contacts on my iPhone are now in outlook. Is there any way to remove them all without clicking on each one, one by one?

You should be able to select more than 1 at a time, either by holding down the cntrl key while holding click on each one you want to highlite. Delete the ones selected

Depends on when the last restore point on the computer was made. If one was made just before, this may be an option. If the last one was a fee days ago, it may not be worth it as everything from the last restore point up to now would be lost.

Thanks for your help, I am just going to have to sit down and remove these all one by one, this will just have to be a reminder to always read first.
