Some of you have probably noticed that the image the the stock slider is housed in is showing up on clear lockscreens on 4.3.1. This can be fixed by replacing four files in the theme with transparent files. The files that need to be made transparent are WellLock.png, BarBottomLock.png, WellLock@2x.png, and BarBottomLock@2x.png.

You can download the transparent files here: http://www.4shared.com/file/WeEWUPut/Transparent_Lockscreen_bottom.html

Before:

After:

Use iFile, SSH, or iPhoneBrowser to place the new files (and overwrite the originals if they are present) in the lockscreen theme. Here's the file location:
Your Lockscreen Theme > Bundles > com.apple.TelephonyUI

If a com.apple.TelephonyUI theme does not exist in your lockscreen theme, create one.

You can update Clear Lockscreen 4.0 for 4.3.1 compatibility and remove the faint lines with this method as well.

Thanks, Mindi. I was really disappointed when I jailbroke 4.3.1 and found my Analock HD lockscreen messed up.

I'll reward you with an extra day with my uberawesome self when I visit in June.

No, the font within the lockscreen, apart from the Statusbar is part of the LS widget.

My System font is Pro Font. I've applied it through BytaFont.

Fixed.

I used this method to remove the lock bar but still it is not perfect.. Could anybody help me with this. If you see in the second picture.. the below part is little darker than the rest of the picture.

Update::
I need to make the lockscreen background more opaque and it solved the issue. Thanks to the OP for this tutorial.

I've got my screens going pretty good but I'm still not happy because it's not perfect. Two questions: How do I get rid of the status bar on the lock screen, and how do I get rid of the status bar clock on the springboard? Winterboard themes enabled are as follows:

- Transparent Status Bar for iOS 4
- LS Sleek
- Suave HD & Suave extras
- PerPageHTML+ and HTC Animated PPH

1. It is possible to make the carrier name, Wifi/Network image, and battery transparent on the lockscreen by replacing the images with transparent images. However, if you do this, they will also be transparent on your springboard.

2. You can remove the time with FakeCarrier.

I tried that but both fakeTime and Show Battery Level are greyed out - Any idea why?

Just noticed that myself. It looks like it's grayed out for everyone on 4.3.1. I think you can remove it with Springtomize, but I'm not sure if the app is stable yet. I'll let you know if I find another way to remove the time.

I haven't been hearing anyone talk about Springtomize lately...I wonder how the updates are coming along.

I did some searching for an alternative and found CleanStatus. Its stable so far, and adds dozens of features on top of removing just the time. Can remove/add any single feature from the status bar, such as just the battery or just the percentage symbol between the battery level and battery, or the whole thing...and more.

Coming back to the original topic of this post, Im having the issue of the bottom bar showing up on LS Nimbus theme. Any idea what the process would be to remove it on that theme?

--EDIT--
Figured it out, I just took the files from the original post of this thread and tweaked them to my own liking. I'm enjoying LS Nimbus a lot, and its a good theme to learn on. Added my own Mustache icon on the slider. Prob wont keep it, but its not too shabby.
