Renaming songs

Sorry if this was ask already, or it is so obvious i just don't see it. How do i rename songs or even delete songs from my ipod. when its in iTunes i get the songs in grey which means u cant touch them.

If you've deleted the songs from the drive they were on, you will not be able to edit anything with them in iTunes.

Yes, just delete them from your music list in iTunes, and then when you re-sync the phone, it will delete them there.

Right click on the title, click get info, on the inf0 tab. You can change everything there.

For those of us who are brand new to iTunes, how do I rename a cd and it's tracks? Thanks!
If you want to change the albums information.

Highlight the whole album then right click on it, then click on get info.
This will let you edit every thing but the title of the track.

I had a problem where a lot of my cd or sets were not coming up toggetter, and each one had its own Album cover. So i changed the tag information and now every thing is great.

You cal also add an album cover using the provided information. So you can see it on you iPhone.

yep what he said. You can change artist, album, title, etc etc. For people who are extremely picky about how they have their music set up, like myself, it comes int pretty handy!
