I have an iPod Nano that I want to return to Best Buy. It's within the return window, however, I had to get it repaired through Squaretrade because the glass screen broke. It was repaired by an authorized (licensed) Apple repair company. The serial number on the actual device is the same (when you go to it through the touch screen) but they had to switch out the back so the serial number on the back of the casing is different. I didn't know if this would void my ability to return it. The repair took much longer than I had anticipated so I went and bought a new iPod touch. I can sell the iPod and be ok with it but if I could return it to Best Buy, I'd rather do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
