the link is correct but yes a lil different on pc you do create the mini file according to the directions once you have it in your music make sure its highlighted go to file and the click on send windows browser (or something like that) once it opens just rename it with the m4r and then double click and it will open the file in ringtones...your all set. You may have an issue with renaming if you do you need to go to control panel and file set up-general and unclick the box that says hide known file types....

had same prob myself but this fixed.......it doesn't work on drm files like iTunes though only on your own "other" music
