Running 1.1.4 ZiPhone jailbreak.
Has anyone else experienced a clearing of history and cookies on Safari after a Re-Spring/restart of the iPhone?
Sometimes even without a re-spring too.

From Zibri's website:

For other stupid problems, just set the phone
as a NEW PHONE after restore then sync.
Your problem falls under "other stupid problems" so your fix will require another restore and jailbreak.

I am having the same problem as well. Was this issue ever resolved?

yes. It was resolved by restoring as NEW phone, then jailbreaking again.
