In the last week, scrolling through a page takes longer than it did before. I am not sure if this is a problem with the screen, but I did wipe my screen with a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints. Usually I can flick through a page quickly with a swipe. Now if I flick, there is a delay as it scrolls. It is rather odd behavior and may just be that I think it is scrolling too slow when really it is scrolling at the right speed. Hopefully, someone can offer some insight into what is going on.

Try clearing cache for Safari in your settings. If that doesn't work, try clearing history as well. You can delete Safari website data per site by going to Settings>Safari>Advanced>Website Data>edit

    Try a hard reset.

I tried clearing the cache. It didn't seem to fix the scrolling issue. I am going to give the hard reset a try and see if that helps.

The hard reset did work. I should have thought about that solution first, as it generally will fix anything.
