Email Bug In Update

I have two "non web based" email accounts... one with ATT (ameritech.net my dsl provider) and the other with DiscountAsp my hosting service.

Neither will allow sending emails from the iPhone after the update. Both can receive but neither will send. the Yahoo's and Gmails work fine, the others don't.

This seems to be a confirmed bug with the 1.0.2 update. If you haven't yet... don't.

I would like to think it has nothing to do with the update but I can't say for sure. You haven't always had this problem im guessing? I would try deleting the accounts from the phone and then adding them back. This should reset the information stored on the phone that the update might have corrupted. Hope this helps!

Yeah, this happened after the update although I've had some minor issues before that with these accounts.

The update usually erases passwords to everything. Try retyping them into the incoming and outgoing logins of your accounts.
