Shipping info! Help

Guys, I have called Apple a million times! I have called AT&T a million times! I am having no luck in changing my shipping into! The info they have is the house I sold three weeks ago!

I need to change it to my new house and I'm having zero luck! Can anyone give me advice on how to fix this? Thanks!

I have to say you did not change your address knowing you are going to the per order day ?
Shame on you! Look back most of the threads here advice you to check billling and shipping address a day or more before you get up at 3am
You will have to go through who you ordered and try their website first
If no luck at all once it ships try to get with the carrier

This is my first pre order! I always waited in the line at Apple! I'm trying my hardest to get through!

My address was incorrect as well. I kept getting the recording that said they weren't accepting any calls due to high call volume. It might be coincidental, but a couple hours ago I finally got through to a live person and was able to successfuly change my shipping address when I did this:
Call Apple Store Customer Service at 1-800-676-2775 and say "Manager" each time it asks you a question.

OK You get a pass LOL by the way is it going to your dads house ?
I think you said you order at his line ? Did you or he pay ?
It's my plan, I get a 24% discount cause of work! So he is on my plan! I'm using his upgrade! I paid for it this morning

Europa thank you so so so much! I did just what you said and boom! Fixed in under 15 minutes! Thank you both so o much for yalls help! I appreciate it!

Lol well I work during the days! So I'll be at work! Having the phone shipped to my brothers work where he can receive it! Just happy I know the phone will be in the right hands and not the wrong hands at the wrong house! Lol
