It might take 24 hours. It did for me. I installed it yesterday, and today it works. But, it is making some Apple non-stock apps not working.

Than today, I saw this: http://gdeluxe.com/siri-on-iphone-4-ipad-2-how-to-install-siri-on-iphone-4-ipad-new-method/

So which method should I use? Thanks in advance.

I deleted the Siri(Port) app. It made several of my apps inoperable. Now they work. I will have to try out the "New Method" another time, unless someone changes my mind.

Btw, when I removed it, it said, "Are you really going to remove Siri?" And than the F expletive. And, "LOL."

The second method, using Spire still requires you to use a "Proxy Server" of unknown quality.... are you willing to trust the security of your iPhone content to this server...? CHpwn the creator of Spire warns that personal information which may include emails, messages, contacts, calendar, reminders and speech recordings....will be passed through the proxy host..... the safest method is to create your proxy server..... or use the AssistantConnect method..... iPhone4s Siri keys still required for all methods....which needs renewing every 24h....

I gave up on Siri. I did manage to get it to work, but it was a hit and miss using it. It would do fine once or twice. Suddenly, it wouldn't work for hours. I didn't see there was a need for something to work then not, unpredictably.

    Thanks for the help!
