a. Some SMSs are not received properly..... junk is being received, even for plain text.
b. And dates marked against SMS listing is also not seems to be ok.
c. Doesn't it listed in date-wise order.

Thanks in advance!

SMS receiving problem format/fields mapping

Just to clarify I'm in India and using Indian service provider.
And although I'm receiving some SMS in good shape which are manually sent by individuals.

However, problem is only in many SMS sent automatically from systems of banks/websites etc. Which otherwise are recd perfectly ok on other mob devices and are plain txt mssgs.

Secondly, Date for these mssgs also not correct. Current date mssg showing date as July 12,2000 even in SMSD also.
I guess some format / fields mapping problem.

I just read a thread a few minutes ago about this, and the OP said he called AT&T and they put the anti-solicitation on his phone to stop it.
That was me. They said they did, but I still have been receiving about 30 per day. F'ing Sucks. I am so mad about this. To clarify though, this is not happening on my iPhone its happening on my businesss phone number, so at least I don't have to pay, but it still a pain.
