need advice...I got a replacement 7 plus today and while the iCloud backup was taking place a new software downloaded.

Now that the backup is complete, it continues to say that I can install it after the backup is complete. The backup has been complete for a couple hours.

I have powered on and off a couple of times but that's not working.
Any advice on what I could do?

A you referring to an over the air iOS update or an app from the App Store?

OTA iOS. It has downloaded but it won't allow me to install until the backup from iCloud is complete. Unless I missed something somewhere...that backup was complete hours ago.

Delete the iCloud backup and make a new backup. Another option is to update iOS through iTunes on a computer.

Ok, I'll give that a try. Thanks. Just go in and delete that back up in iCloud?
