i wanted that fresh clean feeling so I restored my iPhone 3GS with 4.3.3. and jailbreakme'd it...after I jailbreaked it, anytime I respring the spinning bars stay on the screen until I slide my screen over a little bit...then it goes away.

Any ideas? I haven't installed anything new from what I had before

Did you restore from backup? This is probably just a glitch, try a hard-reset and see if that clears the problem.

I also have this on my phone. Does not do it on the iPad though. No idea what it is, but a little swipe left or right and it's gone. Weird indeed.

The last time I JB'd it I upgraded to 4.3.3 through Apple's site and then jailbreakme'd it and it didn't do this...this time I had to use Tiny Umbrella to be able to restore to 4.3.3....i wonder if that has something to do with it?

Roof Monkey...did you use Tiny Umbrella to restore or fresh restore when Apple still was at 4.3.3.?

I went from 4.2.1 to 4.3.5 then back down to 4.3.3
I did not use tiny umbrella when I did my phone. I edited the host file on it's own. Now I did use tiny umbrella when I did my iPad. But I don't have the issue on that. I wrote it off as one of those strange little quirks.
