Hi guys, I hope you're all doing well. I have a little problem, last night I restored my iPhone 5 after being jailbroken for few months and updated to the latest firmware (6.1.4) everything went smooth but this morning I noticed my stock wallpapers are missing, or to be exact just plain black (see picture below) I looked through some threads in here but couldn't find anything. Anyone have any suggestions? Or if a thread already exist on this subject can you please post the link here. Thank you!

I'm sure you tried everything such as hard reset and restore again, right?
I noticed an hour ago and I'm at work so I haven't tried restoring again. I've hard reset multiple times with no success. I was wondering if anyone experienced that and was able to restore again and fix it that way, or if I restore from my last backup and have the same issue.

I see a thread on Mac Rumors that others have had the same issue. One user said to do a DFU restore to factory & do not restore from a backup.

Got it, I just talked to AT&T and they unlocked my phone so I can use it in Italy on my honeymoon. I saw someone saying that it fixed itself, so will see. I rather have it unlocked than the wallpapers. Thank you, guys!

Congrats on the engagement! Is this the first time your fiancé gets to meet your family in Italy?

She has already met everyone, the only person who's not coming to the wedding is my sister, she won't fly if her life depended on it. The rest of my family is here or coming for the wedding. My mom has been here for 2 months already, and I'll get to spend 3 days with her back in Sicily before we come back september 15th. She's exited to see where I grew up, to finally see Rome and Italy all together, I'm just exited to be out of work period Ha!

Congratulations Bennyboy! I've had issues with bookmarks disappearing and have to hard reset. That really stinks about the wallpapers. Did you restore from a jailbreak? Maybe that was the issue.

Thanks man. I unlocked my phone last night and did the whole backup then restore from that backup, but the issue is still there. I'm not going to restore as new, I might sell it in Italy if I get the right price, that's if the new one comes out by the end of September, more than that I'd go nuts without my iPhone for more than a couple weeks.

Because I watch waaaay too many movies:D
A nod to The Crow & Nightmare Before Christmas.
And I'll likely NOT forget our anniversary.....:D

I'm only getting married once. @MrsSnowtrooper1966 was cool with me picking the day. One of the many reasons we are "tying the knot".

Yeah, for a few months I did, this started happening after I removed the jailbreak.

Same as me, only way to get rid of it as far as i know is restore from fresh not backup and then re-build a new fresh backup.
