I am repeatedly, 10 or more per day, getting an email dated 12/31/69. No sender, no subject, and it says "this message has no content.". They cannot be deleted but go away after a couple of days. They do not appear on my IMAC or Blackberry messages, only my IPAD. Any ideas? Thanks, Bill

It looks like that's an issue which affects iPhone and iPad users using MobileMe. The best fix I've found that seems to be working for folks is to go to Settings > Mail and toggle it On/Off. Others have suggested Organize Thread to Off. These issues seem to be related to iOS 4 though, but I suppose the fix could work on iOS 5.

I received one of these about a week ago on my iPhone. It's still there currently. I'm not a mobile me user so I'm not sure what's causing it for me.

Turning the thread on/off works at erasing the messages but they still come popping up.
