You can ssh into the directory where the vWallpaper content lived to make sure there is nothing left in there (like the fire.mp4) If you don't see anything hanging out in there, you're probably going to need a restore. My own opinion; steer clear of any Skrew applications.
i uninstalled vwallpaper and was still getting the same issue. then i remembered that we need skrew common for vwallpaper so i uninstalled that and after uninstalling skrew common it fixed that problem and a few other problems too. so try uninstalling skrew common and see if that helps you
i don't think you would be able to. you can make your own ringtones on your comp tho. wavepad is a good program and the trail version has everything you need to make the ringtones, you don't need to buy anything
