yes, I use my iPhone to almost exclusively check my gmail and it does not matter what network I'm on, I check it as it comes in.

I use my iPhone more than I actually us My Mac to check my mail. I check Mobile Me usually over edge and most of my contacts have emails and also I text using my email.(You know the 111-111-1111@carrier trick)

I use it almost every day and I LOVE it. <edit> I use Outlook.

At the very least it lets me know if I even need to turn on my laptop over the weekend to respond to something serious.

BTW, has anyone noticed that if there is a phone number in an e-mail it becomes a "link" so you can actually call that number just by touching it?

I think that is so cool!

Percentage of contacts with email address(es): Not gonna count, too lazy. But I have 522 contacts and I'd say 70-80% have e-mails.

Using MS Exchange for work email. I also have two POP3 accounts for personal email as well as a Yahoo! account. I primarily use 3G/Edge. I have email addresses listed for about 25% of my contacts.

I'm not in the office much so I use my iPhone heavily for email.
