SWITCHEASY cust service sucks !

    The Customer service department for Switcheasy is really horrible.
    I ordered and neo and the when the case arrived one of the silicon
    Membranes was damaged (one edge was ½ missing) so I e-mailed
    Switcheasy and asked for a replacement, in the e-mail I also asked for
    Instillation tips, as the membrane creases when the last side is snapped
    Into place, I included my order number, name and address.
    I get a response saying “ we have no parts for sale” and a video link
    to you tube showing my how to install the rebel case
    I responded again asking for a replacement part and explained that they did
    Not correctly answer any of my questions. I attached all of the previous
    Emails (Both ways)
    I get a response asking for my order number , so I reply with the information and
    Let them know it is in the attached emails as well (Twice)
    And today I get this response.....

    Zoltan is a genius or a Moron but the service really sucks

    the case stains as well

    so now I have had the case for two weeks and the white is turning a grayish brown color and looks dirty.:(

    if you buy this case get the black :(

    Zoltan was the same guy who handled my case. Either its a coincidence or its just a name they use for an Automation system or all their employees. I think Switcheasy have a priority type of thing. There is a guy on YouTube called itsmemorphious, he does case reviews and they keep sending him cases to review and giveaway. And if he has an issue it's immediately handled by someone. And he gets a replacement ASAP. His emails were also replied to in 30 mins. I suggest you call them on their phone number and actually talk to someone.

    I have the complete opposite experiences with Switcheasy. Zoltan is the head honcho at Switcheasy, and he's who I have dealt with a few times. Not only has he sent me out brand new cases when ever I have had issue, but has sent me other products to make up for their mistakes. If anything, Switcheasy has had the BEST customer service I've ever dealt with. Sorry to hear it was poor for you.

    I was Looking for a phone number for customer service for Switcheasy and can't find anything. I just purchased one of the new iPhone 4S covers called "The Melt" and within three days it had two cracks in it! I've never experienced anything like this before...I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM! I will NEVER buy anything else from them and i will certainly pass my experience on to everyone I know to keep them from going through the same thing.

    You have got to be working for Switcheasy! Your's is the ONLY positive review that I've read for them.
