I have an I phone 4 32g that got ran over but still turns on and I was wondering if I could switch the sim card with my new I phone 4 8g to get the memory?

There is no memory on the sim card. The 32Gb on the iPhone is in the iPhone itself, not on the sim.

Can the memory in my iPhone4 be increased if needed the way you increase memory in your computer.
    Currently 8 gb

The 8 gb I now have is sufficient as long as I don't go crazy loading pic folders on the phone. For the $99 cost of the phone it's well worth it. My wife upgraded my phone to a iPhone 4 from a blackberry 8350i. What a piece of crap that was.

No, you can't expand the storage space on the phone. One thing you might want to look into is DropBox for storing files and pictures and Air Video for streaming movies from your computer to your phone as an alternative to storing them on the device itself.

For right now my 8 gb is ok, my next item to purchase will be a 12v charger for my work truck and a external battery to bring along for backup power when traveling. Thanks 4 the video streaming idea.
