The phone priority which flows in the case of connected to WiFi?

    Priority of remembered wired networks, perhaps?

    He wants to know what takes priority like say you are looking at a web page. Will the call override that.

    So if you are on wifi looking at the web and receive a cellular call or text they will come through. Reason being they are different radios.

    When it comes to overriding it would be if u are using cellular data it will still have the call come in and or text.

    Also, consider that English may not be the OP's first langauge, and, if his content IP is correct, that may be the case.
