I wanted to downgrade to IOS 6.1.3 but iTunes prevents me from doing so (error 3194). I've tried everything! editing the "host file", disabling firewall/anti-virus, trying it on another computer, nothing works! I still get error 3194! I've come across tinyumbrella, something that might be a solution to error 3194 but it doesn't even seem to work, what should I do?

Do you have hashtags for your iPad saved for 6.1.3? Just out of curiosity, why do you want to revert all the way back to 6.1.3?

I think I restored a device using blobs and TU once, probably my 4s. It almost seemed like magic when I finally changed the host file correctly and iTunes didn't give any errors. Hours of frustration transformed to glee in a single moment. Ah, to be so awed again.
