for it to work does my pc have to be on wire less ? because i have wireless but my pc is connected my cable...so will it work ? maybe thats y i haven't been able to get it to work

ok, i got it to work on our laptop, but not MY pc...this is really not cool

i FINALY got it to work, i had to go into my firewall and under exceptions i had to add the VNC server, finally lol

what do some of the buttons on the bottom do ? i got the keyboard and the remote...but what do the others do ?

just go to the help tab at the bottom, and it tells u what's what, no wifi here at work

I haven't looked into this app, but does your computer screen show up on the iPhone? That would be sweet.
Thats the full VNC client which does that. This uses VNC, however it only sends your input to the remote computer, rather than returning a response to your iPhone screen.

I still don't understand the fascination with using your iPhone keyboard to type out posts here on EIC through your desktop, which pretty much seems to be all its been good for as a proof of concept.

The new additions for Powerpoint look very promising however, I can definitely see a "use" blossoming in that department. Unfortunately theres little use for Keynote in that regards because Mac users have Apple Remote for remote controlling slides.
