Transferring MPGs onto iPhone?

Not sure why I can't do this. Maybe I need to convert to some other format. Any ideas? I'm just trying to move short 30 second clips of personal video.

I used Videora iPhone Converter, works great. it converts all my tv shows n clips into mp4 and syncs it with iTunes automatically.

Does anyone know of any free converters for macs?

Thanks!. It worked for 1 of my clips, but the others wouldn't transfer to iTunes. I'm glad I got one on my phone though.

Tried to use this program and I got confused. It chopped my movie up into 10+ pieces then asked me which file I wanted to convert? What do I do with that? I used the wizard to no avail.
