I have a 3gs 32 gb and currently it is jail broken and unlocked via the ipad baseband 6.15 just before selling it i erased all setting and content through the menu now it is stuck on the Apple boot screen. I haven't tried restoring it or anything figured i've screwed it up enough any suggestions.

Did you restore through the iPhone? Or iTunes?

Well you could do Do a dfu restore which will hopefully fix your phone

Make sure your iPhone is plugged into iTunes
1.) hold both home and lock buttons at once. It will turn off the phone and turn it back on
2.) once the Apple pops up, release the lock button but continue holding the home button
3.) hold until iTunes says it has seen an iPhone in restore mode
Do what iTunes says. And it should fix your phone. It won't be jailbroken afterwards though
