Maybe I simply don't understand. But, when typing, if I press the space bar to accept a recommended word, and I then want to add a punctuation or something, one has to press the back\delete button. Then one can enter the comma or punctuation of choice.

Is this right or is there a setting to correct this? I'd like to press the space bar to accept the word, and the cursor remain next to the word to add punctuation, etc.

Any ideas? Thanks

It will accept the word without pressing the space bar as soon as you add the punctuation. To get it to keep the word as it was typed, you have to tap the "X" next to the suggestion above it. Pressing the space is just used to add a space.

I may have just figured it out. When the popup shows the word I want, I merely press the 123 and choose my punctuation. After doing that, it places the word in the sentence, etc. and the respective punctuation without having to backspace.
