Unable to sign-in to iTunes after upgrading to El Capitan?

    I updated my OS last night. Everything went smoothly but now I cannot sign into iTunes across any devices. Been on the phone to apple who said it's an issue others are experiencing who have updated their OS
    Anyone else having this issue - apple aren't giving any idea how long this may take to fix

    Unfortunately, El Capitan has been a messy update, riddled with bugs for a number of users.

    There appears to be a workaround for your issue. It is imperfect, but it's meant to give you access to your iTunes account while Apple tries to fix the crapstorm El Capitan has brought for many.

    In some cases, Apple staff has been just as unhelpful to others (some who have AppleCare!) as they were to you:
